The “Greek Language and Culture Lab” is part of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences and was founded in 2015 by the University Senate.
The Lab’s main objective is the teaching of Greek as a foreign/ second language, and the promotion of Greek culture and civilization. The Lab offers Greek language courses, seminars, vocational training, and tailor-made programmes like summer schools, compatible with the research areas cultivated in the School. In this context the Lab also is responsible for creating a multicultural and vibrant educational envirnoment.
Its aim is to become a novel academic unit that will promote the Greek language and culture through the development of educational and research activities in collaboration with domestic and foreign institutions.
